Hot Yogi practices The Barkan Method of Hot Yoga, a practice originating from Calcutta, India. The idea behind the heat is to simulate the hot climate of Calcutta, while allowing for a safe environment to stretch your muscles.
The classes are dynamic, challenging and inspiring. The difference from other hot yoga styles lies in our approach to alignment, philosophy and the series of asanas (postures).
