What do I bring and how do I prepare for class?

Wear loose clothing, bring a towel, bottle of water, your mat if you have one and most importantly yourself! You can prepare by drinking plenty of water so you are hydrated and avoid eating 2 hours before class.

Will it help me loose weight and get fit

Of course! As with all cardio workouts you will burn calories and improve fitness. The classes focus on core strength to tone up  and flexibility, to increase your range of movement for an overall healthier body.
